Gender: Male Age: Young Species/breed: Mutt, Mint brindle Story: Walking to the neighboring café, you trip over a small box, that says "free to a good home". It had been snowing out for days and the small bundle inside was shivering even with the large over sized scarf wrapped around it. Kneeling, you grab the pup out of snow filled box, warmed it up with your winter coat, and then took it with you to the café. Once there you open the door and yell to the owner asking him if it was okay to bring the pup in. Louis, the owner of the place, just shook his head yes, and huffed under his breath "If you weren't a regular...". You sat down in your favorite spot, next to the cafe's large window, and looked at today's specials. The pup in your coat started to shift, then poked his nose through the opening at the top of your coat. You looked at him and he stared back until the waiter came to take your order. You asked for a slice of vanilla coffee cake, and a small cup of their specialty, warm, delicious cappuccino. The pup finally moved out of the warmth of the coat, to situate himself right next to you. Soon, he staggered up to the window glass to put his nose against the cool surface, just to find out it was too cold, and his wet nose had gotten stuck! You noticed immediately, and luckily Louis walked by about the same time. With his help you got the pup's snout unstuck. |
